•This event will be recorded and available to those who missed a part of the course.

• Question + Answer session follow up (2 hrs) with Dr. Moshe and Dr. Allison is available as an option at registration (2 months after training).

• Saturday 10am to 6pm Eastern time (1 hour for lunch)
• Sunday 10am to 6pm Eastern time (1 hour for lunch)
